- Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult, you may be asked for valid ID by our staff, and you may be refused entry to our vehicles
- Smoking, e-cigarettes and Vaping are strictly prohibited on our coaches
- Consumption of Alcohol is not allowed on board any of our coaches
- Alcohol may be confiscated/or at the very minimum will be stored in your baggage in the external lockers until you reach your destination
- You are at high risk of being refused entry to our vehicles if deemed (by our Driver) to be unsuitable for travel
- Our Drivers have the final say in all matters of safety and comfort, they control the bus on the day
- We only sell Return tickets. You can purchase Return tickets and choose to only travel One-Way. If you are doing this, please tell us in the 'Notes' at the Checkout or the coach may be unnecessarily delayed waiting for you to board. Where possible, public humiliation will be dished out !
- Your email Order Confirmation is your receipt for travel. There is no need to print hard copies. The driver will have a passenger list with names and number of passengers at each pickup point
- Please choose carefully. An admin charge (€3 per seat) applies for any alteration to a ticket. E.g. if you selected the wrong day of a multiple day event, or you want to change pick-up point to travel with friends etc. We use our discretion of course but best to avoid any extra charges.
