By buying a ticket with us you are agreeing to our below Terms & Conditions. Please ensure that you familiarise yourself with them before purchasing.

 

  1. Consuming Alcohol on board the bus is strictly prohibited. This is for the safety and comfort of all travellers

     

  2. Smoking (including e-cigarettes & vaping) on board the bus is strictly prohibited

     

  3. We will not be obliged to carry any passenger 16 years or younger unless that child is accompanied by an adult. Where doubt exists, our staff have the right to request identification before a passenger will be allowed to board the bus. You may be refused entry to the bus if you are underage or cannot produce suitable identification. No refunds will be applicable in these instances.    

     

  4. Booking your Seats

    (a) tickets must be booked in advance through our secure online website, or alternatively by phoning the ConcertBus direct line

    (b) tickets are non-transferable

    (c) we only sell Return journey tickets. You are welcome to choose to travel only one-way, however you still need to purchase a Return ticket  

     

  5. Refund Policy

    (a) refunds will not be provided in the 7 days period before the event takes place

    (b) there are no refunds for ‘no shows’ 

    (c) refunds cannot be made for partially used tickets

    (d) refunds can only be processed back onto the original card used to confirm your booking, strictly no other refunds are possible 

    (e) a card processing fee of €3.00  per booking will be charged on all refund

  6. Breakdown and Delays: 
    We give advice on journey times in good faith. However, as a results of events beyond our control including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion or road  closures, journeys may take longer than predicted and in those circumstances we will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience suffered by the ticket holder as a result. No refunds will be provided for loss of time or inconvenience.
     

  7. Tickets are non-transferable. If you cannot attend the concert we can offer you a refund once you meet the terms above. You cannot request a change of name or pick up point for another passenger to take over your tickets.

     

  8. Cancellation of Services by ConcertBus

    ConcertBus services are subject to a minimum number of passengers, if we don’t achieve this minimum, then the service may not go ahead. By placing a booking with ConcertBus, passengers agree that a lack of numbers is a valid reason for ConcertBus to cancel services

    You will be informed a minimum of 48 hours/2 Days before the concert (Doors Open) and you will be refunded in full

     

  9. Cancellation of Events by Artist/Organiser

    Where an event is cancelled by either the artist or event organiser, ConcertBus will manage refunds strictly in accordance with the following;

     

    (i) if the event is publicly announced as cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled ConcertBus departure time, ConcertBus will issue a refund equal to the ticket price paid minus an administration fee of €5 per seat  booked

     

    (ii)  if the event is publicly announced as cancelled on the morning/day of the scheduled ConcertBus departure time, ConcertBus will issue a refund equal to the ticket price paid minus an administration fee of €10 per seat  booked

     

    (iii) if the event is publicly announced as cancelled and ConcertBus are already en-route to the first pickup point no refunds will be issued

  10. Change of route, pick up times and pick up locations.

    ConcertBus services are subject to a minimum number of passengers, if we don’t achieve this minimum, then the service may not go ahead. However, in an effort to ensure buses run, we reserve the rights to merge routes. This can result in slight changes to pick up locations, pick up times, and routes. We will ensure to contact all passengers of any changes to their bookings.

  11. Please make sure that we have your correct mobile number for you, or for the 'Lead Passenger' in your group. Also have your mobile switched on before and after the concert

     

  12. If there is a delay caused due to breakdown or traffic congestion, or any other cause which the company does not have a control on

    (e.g. delays caused by other passengers not returning on time), resulting which it takes longer than anticipated, concertbus.ie will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience suffered by you

     

  13. All advertised times are subject to change, we work with event management companies and traffic control at all venues to get our Customers there and back safely and on schedule. We encourage Customers to regularly check back in on the website for the latest times, especially in the week and days coming up the event

      

  14. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to get back to the bus after the gig. However, a good reasonable amount of time will be given to do so. Every possible effort will be made to find the missing passenger. But we will not be held responsible for any customer missing departure timings

     

  15. Breakdown or Delays - ConcertBus advertises on journey times in good faith on our website. Breakdowns and traffic congestion can adversely impact advertised times. Unruly behaviour, violence or intimidation towards staff or other passengers will not be tolerated.

  16. All passengers undertake to accept and follow all instructions issued by our coach drivers and/or guides.

  17. Good conduct and behaviour of all persons is an essential element of the ConcertBus experience and accordingly our drivers and/or guides have full authority to remove any passenger(s) who fail to comply with instructions and requests. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.

     

  18. Luggage/Baggage

    (a) On Concert events, Sporting events and Private Hires you may be requested by the Driver to store your belongings in the side lockers or in the boot of the bus 

    (b) Except medication, items such as weapons, drugs, pets, live or dead animals etc. are not allowed to be carried in, or on the bus

     

  19. Lost Luggage

    (a) ConcertBus.ie will not take responsibility for any unattended or lost property however any lost property or luggage found by us will be reasonably taken care of

    (b) We shall be entitled to open and examine the nature of the things contained in the luggage

    (c) Any items if found as dangerous and perishable or those which are not suitable for storage shall be disposed of

    (d) If you find any property of any other person on the coach, please hand it over to the driver immediately

    (e) If the lost property is not collected within one (1) month, then it will be disposed off in the manner we wish

     

  20. The driver has the right to remove any passenger whose behaviour prejudices safety. Also, you will be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by you or any person you may have reserved a seat for

     

  21. Where the company (ConcertBus.ie) sub-contract another bus company to provide the transport service, we and our passengers are obliged to accept their Terms & Conditions as well

     

  22. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. By placing a booking with us you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as updated or amended. 

     

  23. Please be aware that many of our vehicles are now fitted with CCTV. Every bus has signage informing customers of same. The footage from these cameras are viewed by authorised personnel only. Footage will only be reviewed for evidence purposes and will not be shared.
